Initial Training - Attempting to trade and invest without adequate training accounts for the majority of failures among traders, so a rigorous training program is the first step for anyone entering the Next Level Trading Capital proprietary trading department. Novice traders will first take a 2-day course written and taught by our professional instructors, which covers technical analysis techniques and a set of very specific income-generating trading tactics. They then have an option to participate in a 5-day trading course or 7-day trading course at our trading lab or online, where they will receive hands-on instructions in the use of trading platforms and put these techniques into real action. At the end of these courses, graduates are invited to trade the firm's capital in a live market environment.
Coaching Support - All Next Level Trading Capital's proprietary traders are provided with continuing mentoring by our trading lab mentors through a combination of daily pre-market briefings, email alerts and online chat rooms. These services continue the education process by enabling traders to interact with other Next Level Trading professionals as they analyze and trade the market. Proprietary traders also have the option to trade at home or at our New York trading lab, where they can also interact with other students and traders and develop their own trading strategies at no additional cost.
Risk Management - New traders either have too little capital or risk too much capital too soon in the learning curve, often resulting in failure. Therefore, Next Level Trading Capital funds each trader with the firm's capital as well as a time-tested risk management monitoring system. This program is designed to increase a trader's trading capital and risk management parameters over time as they demonstrate consistent profitability to themselves. At each state of the process, Next Level Trading Capital Risk Management will work with every trader to ensure that his or her daily capital exposure and risk of loss is tightly controlled.
Trading Cost - Next Level Trading Capital proprietary traders get the firm's low institutional commission rate. This rate is designed to eliminate the negative impact that commissions can have on profitability and greatly accelerates the journey to trading success.
Trading Capital - Another barrier for most individual traders is access to trading capital to generate meaningful trading income. The Next Level Trading Capital proprietary program removes the hurdle by providing the traders access to the firm's capital account for trading. Traders achieving consistent profitability will continue to have their trading capital increased as they progress through the advancement program.
Losses - Once an aspiring trader has completed the training required to enter the Next Level Trading Capital proprietary trading program, Next Level Trading Capital will assumes all of the trading risk for the remainder of the employment period. Proprietary traders are reimbursed with a percentage of their trading profits, but the firm will absorbs any losses.
